MobilityScooterLab wants its articles, guides, and site features to be usable by as many people as possible, including readers who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, voice control, or other assistive technologies. Accessibility is an ongoing practice, not a one-time certification, and we expect to improve the site as our content library grows.
We aim to follow widely recognized web accessibility principles and to make reasonable efforts toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. Our priorities include clear heading structures, descriptive link text, sufficient color contrast, keyboard-accessible navigation, readable typography, meaningful alternative text for informative images, and layouts that work at different screen sizes and zoom levels.
We also try to write in plain American English, explain specialized mobility-scooter terms, and organize longer articles with headings, lists, tables, and direct answers. These editorial choices can help readers with cognitive, visual, or attention-related access needs as well as people who are new to the subject.
Some older template-kit assets, third-party embeds, downloadable documents, or externally hosted pages may not fully meet our accessibility goals. Automated testing can identify many issues, but it cannot replace manual review or feedback from people using assistive technology. We will prioritize problems that block access to essential navigation, articles, contact information, or forms.
The site is designed for current versions of major browsers and common desktop and mobile operating systems. Results may vary with older browsers, custom browser extensions, or third-party services that we do not control. If a linked airline, manufacturer, government, or transportation website is difficult to use, that organization is responsible for its own accessibility, but we welcome notice when an alternative official source is available.

Please include the page address, a short description of the problem, the browser or assistive technology you were using if you are comfortable sharing it, and the format or accommodation that would help. Do not include private medical, financial, or account information.
We will review accessibility reports in good faith, prioritize serious barriers, and respond when a practical workaround or correction is available. You may also use this address to request an accessible alternative for content that cannot be used in its current format.
New pages and major design changes are reviewed for keyboard use, responsive behavior, heading order, links, forms, and image descriptions. We also recheck representative pages after theme, plugin, or template changes. This statement will be updated as our practices or available features change.
