Terms of Use

Review the terms that govern use of MobilityScooterLab content, links, services, and website features.

Last updated: July 21, 2026.

These Terms of Use describe the rules for accessing and using MobilityScooterLab.com. By using the site, a visitor agrees to the then-current terms.

Informational purpose

MobilityScooterLab publishes general educational information about mobility scooters, product categories, comparisons, ownership, maintenance, travel, and industry developments. The site does not provide medical, legal, engineering, aviation-security, or individualized purchasing advice. Readers should consult an appropriate professional and the relevant manufacturer, airline, carrier, transportation authority, or government agency for decisions that depend on personal circumstances or current rules.

No professional or emergency service

Content is not a substitute for an assessment by a health-care professional, mobility specialist, occupational therapist, service technician, or other qualified provider. The site is not monitored as an emergency service. In an urgent situation, contact local emergency services or the responsible transportation or equipment provider.

Accuracy and updates

We make reasonable editorial efforts to use reliable sources and show review dates, but specifications, prices, product availability, airline policies, regulations, and safety guidance can change. We do not guarantee that every statement is complete, current, or suitable for every reader. Always confirm critical information with the original official source before acting.

Acceptable use

Visitors may browse and link to public pages for lawful, personal, or editorial purposes. Visitors may not disrupt the site, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape the service in a way that degrades availability, misrepresent site content, remove attribution from quoted material, or use the site to violate another person’s rights. Automated access must respect applicable law, technical limits, and published directives.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, original text, graphics, site design, and branding are owned by or licensed to MobilityScooterLab. Limited quotations may be used where permitted by law with clear attribution and a link to the source page. No license is granted to reproduce a substantial part of the site, republish full articles, or use our branding in a way that suggests endorsement.

Third-party links and services

The site may link to manufacturers, airlines, government agencies, retailers, accessibility organizations, and other third parties. A link is provided for context or convenience and does not automatically constitute endorsement. Third-party sites control their own content, availability, privacy practices, and transactions. Any purchase or agreement with a third party is between the visitor and that third party.

Commercial relationships

MobilityScooterLab may in the future use advertising, affiliate links, sponsorships, or brand collaborations. Such relationships will be disclosed where relevant. Compensation does not guarantee favorable coverage, and sponsored material will be distinguished from independent editorial content.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free operation. MobilityScooterLab is not liable for losses arising from reliance on general information, third-party conduct, equipment misuse, travel disruption, or events outside reasonable control. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so these limits may not apply in full.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms when the site, law, or business model changes. The effective date appears at the top of this page. Questions about these terms may be sent to hello@mobilityscooterlab.com.
